DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Analyse und Auswertung betriebswirtschaftlicher Daten
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Reports, Kennzahlen und Dashboards
  • Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • Erkennung von Optimierungspotenzialen anhand von Unternehmensdaten
  • Mitwirkung bei Budgetplanung und Forecasts
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Verbesserung der Reportingstrukturen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen bei datenbezogenen Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung von Controlling-Prozessen

DEIN PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Controlling, in der Datenanalyse oder im Business-Intelligence Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse; Kenntnisse in Power BI, SQL oder vergleichbaren Analyse- und Reportingtools sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und gutes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge
  • Sicherer Umgang mit größeren Datenmengen und Fähigkeit, komplexe Ergebnisse verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
