DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Niederlassung in Berlin im Bereich Gebäudetechnik
  • Strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Geschäftszielen und Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Führung und Entwicklung des Teams sowie Sicherstellung eines effizienten Betriebsablaufs
  • Kundenakquise und -pflege zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit und des Geschäftsvolumens
  • Du erstellst und kontrollierst die jährlichen Budgetzahlen und hast Umsatz- und Deckungsbeitragsverantwortung
  • Gemeinsam erarbeitetest Du mit der Regionalleitung Verkaufsziele und -strategien und setzt diese erfolgreich um

DEIN PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, idealerweise in leitender Position
  • Kommunikations- und koordinationsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Kenntnisse des Berliner Marktes
  • Netzwerk zu regionalen Kunden und Partnern aus der Industrie
  • Gute Umgangsformen, ein sicheres, freundliches Auftreten und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
