Ich unterstütze unsere Kunden und Projektteams dabei, Projekte von der ersten Angebotserstellung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss professionell zu begleiten. Dabei arbeite ich eng mit internen Fachbereichen, Lieferanten und Kunden zusammen und sorge dafür, dass Termine, Ressourcen und Abläufe optimal aufeinander abgestimmt sind.

  • Ich erstelle Angebote und verfolge diese aktiv nach.
  • Ich unterstütze bei der Prüfung, Annahme, Anlage und Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen und übernehme dabei schrittweise mehr Verantwortung.
  • Ich koordiniere Termine, Abläufe sowie die Kosten- und Ressourcenplanung innerhalb meiner Projekte.
  • Ich stelle eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zwischen internen Teams, Kunden und externen Partnern sicher.
  • Ich unterstütze die Projektabwicklung und behalte Termine, Fristen und Projektfortschritte im Blick.
  • Ich pflege und betreue unsere Bestandskunden langfristig und nachhaltig.
  • Ich unterstütze bei der Vorbereitung und Dokumentation von Projekten.
  • Ich trage dazu bei, dass Projekte erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden und unsere Kunden begeistert sind.

Deine Erfahrung und Skills:

Ich arbeite strukturiert, kommunikationsstark und behalte auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick. Gleichzeitig bringe ich die Neugier mit, mich in moderne Medientechnik, Videokonferenzlösungen und digitale Arbeitswelten einzuarbeiten.

  • Ich verfüge über ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Ich kommuniziere sicher und professionell mit Kunden, Partnern und Kolleg:innen.
  • Ich bringe gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-, CRM- oder Warenwirtschaftssystemen, idealerweise Business Central.
  • Ich interessiere mich für Medientechnik, Videokonferenzlösungen und moderne Arbeitswelten.
  • Ich besitze ein gutes technisches Verständnis und lerne mich schnell in neue Themengebiete ein.
  • Ich arbeite serviceorientiert und stelle die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden in den Mittelpunkt.
  • Ich überzeuge durch meine Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und Eigenverantwortung.
  • Ich behalte auch bei mehreren Aufgaben und Projekten den Überblick.

Das ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss

  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement oder der Projektkoordination.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Medientechnik, Videokonferenztechnik oder IT-Lösungen.
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Vertriebsinnendienst.
