Wil jij meebouwen aan een toekomstgerichte, centrale planning voor onze Automotive-activiteiten? Krijg je energie van structuur brengen, processen verbeteren en verschillende stakeholders op één lijn krijgen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Jouw uitdaging

Binnen DEKRA Automotive zijn we volop bezig met de verdere optimalisatie en centralisatie van onze planning. Om deze transformatie mee vorm te geven, zijn we op zoek naar een Planning Process & Change Coordinator.

In deze rol word je verantwoordelijk voor het verder professionaliseren van onze planningswerking/tool. Je zorgt ervoor dat we evolueren naar een uniforme, efficiënte en centraal aangestuurde manier van plannen voor onze verschillende sites en activiteiten.

Je start als coördinator en krijgt de ruimte om de werking stap voor stap uit te bouwen. Op termijn kan hieruit een centraal planningsteam ontstaan dat de planning voor de volledige Automotive-afdeling ondersteunt en uitvoert en in een volgende stap mogelijks ook voor andere de-centrale activiteiten van andere afdelingen

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je leert onze planningstool grondig kennen en wordt het centrale aanspreekpunt voor het gebruik ervan.
  • Je analyseert de huidige processen en identificeert mogelijkheden om deze efficiënter en uniformer te maken.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat gemaakte afspraken en werkinstructies consequent worden toegepast, op elke site en haar werknemers.
  • Je coördineert en bewaakt de planning over de verschillende locaties en zorgt voor een optimale inzet van onze experten.
  • Je volgt de vooropgestelde KPI's en SLA's op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor de noden van de business én voor de operationele realiteit van onze experten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat planning centraal en transparant wordt georganiseerd.
  • Je denkt mee over de verdere configuratie en optimalisatie van de planningstool en voert, waar nodig, aanpassingen door.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten en vertaalt deze naar concrete en pragmatische oplossingen.
  • Je bouwt mee aan de toekomstige structuur van een centraal planningsteam en kan op termijn ook instaan voor de dagelijkse aansturing ervan.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken in de eerste plaats iemand die structuur kan brengen in een complexe operationele omgeving. Je hoeft niet alle antwoorden te hebben, maar je bent analytisch sterk, denkt logisch na en krijgt energie van het verbeteren van processen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een sterk logisch en analytisch denkvermogen, werkt pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht en hebt voeling met de operationele realiteit van een businessomgeving.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en durft anderen aan te spreken op het naleven van afspraken en processen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met IT ondersteunde planningstools en bent bereid je hierin verder te verdiepen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met het plannen van externe medewerkers op locatie bij klanten is een sterke troef, bijvoorbeeld binnen field service, hersteldiensten, technische interventies, inspecties of pakjesdiensten.
