Vaše ključne naloge:

  • Vodenje in organizacija: Skrb za nemoten potek dela v karoserijsko-ličarski delavnici, razporejanje nalog in motiviranje ekipe.
  • Skrb za kakovost in doseganje zastavljenih ciljev: Zagotavljanje vrhunske izvedbe del ter doseganje zastavljenih poslovnih ciljev oddelka.
  • Finančno-tehnične naloge: Izdelava Eurotax kalkulacij, predračunov, škodnih cenitev (Quick Check in SK+) ter potrjevanje vhodnih računov.
  • Strokovna podpora: Pomoč sodelavcem pri zahtevnejših kleparsko-ličarskih posegih in izvajanje končne kontrole vozil.
  • Skrb za stranke in sodelovanje: Učinkovito reševanje reklamacij, sodelovanje z zavarovalnicami ter skrb za urejenost oddelka in varnost pri delu.

Kaj pričakujemo od vas?

  • Izobrazba: Najmanj V. stopnja ustrezne smeri.
  • Izkušnje: Prednost prinašajo vodstvene izkušnje v avtomobilski stroki (specifično na področju karoserijskih in ličarskih del).
  • Znanja: Zaželjen opravljen tečaj Eurotax, poznavanje delovanja zavarovalniških cenitev in aktivno obvladovanje orodij MS Office.
  • Jeziki: Znanje angleškega jezika.
  • Osebnostne lastnosti: Odlične vodstvene in organizacijske sposobnosti, komunikativnost, odločnost, usmerjenost k rešitvam in veselje do dela z ljudmi.
  • Dovoljenja: Vozniški izpit B kategorije.
