The posting

Glavni zadaci: • Samostalno osiguravanje kvalitete (QA) web aplikacija „od kraja do kraja” (end-to-end), uključujući frontend, backend, AI servise i povezane hardverske uređaje • Dizajniranje, izvođenje i održavanje scenarija za ručno i automatizirano testiranje Angular web aplikacija, REST/WebSocket API-ja, cloud servisa i hardverskih integracija • Razvoj i održavanje skupova automatiziranih testova • Provjera komunikacije između softverskih i hardverskih komponenti uz osiguravanje pouzdanosti, performansi i otpornosti na pogreške • Provedba funkcionalnog, integracijskog, regresijskog, istraživačkog (exploratory), API i end-to-end testiranja • Bliska suradnja s razvojnim inženjerima tijekom razvoja funkcionalnosti, sudjelovanje u pregledima zahtjeva i definiranju kriterija prihvatljivosti • Integracija automatiziranog testiranja u GitLab CI/CD procese te kontinuirano poboljšavanje pokrivenosti testovima • Podrška pri provjeri performansi, sigurnosti i pristupačnosti (gdje je primjenjivo) • Korištenje QA alata i radnih procesa temeljenih na umjetnoj inteligenciji (npr. Mabl, Testim, generiranje i analiza testova pomoću LLM-a) radi povećanja učinkovitosti i pokrivenosti testiranjem • Poticanje kontinuiranog poboljšanja QA procesa, strategija testiranja i ukupne kvalitete proizvoda Uvjeti: • Najmanje 3 godine profesionalnog iskustva u osiguravanju kvalitete softvera za moderne web aplikacije • Značajno iskustvo u ručnom i automatiziranom testiranju • Praktično iskustvo s alatom Playwright (prednost), Selenium ili Cypress • Iskustvo u testiranju REST API-ja (npr. Postman, Bruno, Swagger/OpenAPI) i komunikacije temeljene na WebSocketima • Dobro razumijevanje modernih web tehnologija (Angular/TypeScript) • Iskustvo u radu s relacijskim bazama podataka (PostgreSQL) i poznavanje osnova SQL-a • Iskustvo s Gitom, GitLab CI/CD-om, automatizacijom testiranja i alatima za praćenje pogrešaka (defekata) • Pristup usmjeren na umjetnu inteligenciju (AI-Native Mindset) o Strast prema kontinuiranom učenju i praćenju suvremenih QA praksi o Iskren interes za usvajanje radnih procesa testiranja temeljenih na umjetnoj inteligenciji i integraciju AI-a u svakodnevne QA aktivnosti o Iskustvo ili spremnost na učenje korištenja QA platformi temeljenih na umjetnoj inteligenciji, poput alata Mabl, Testim ili sličnih rješenja o Vještina korištenja AI asistenata za programiranje (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT itd.) radi povećanja produktivnosti o Interes za tehnologije u razvoju, poput generiranja testova uz pomoć LLM-a (velikih jezičnih modela) i inteligentnog održavanja testova • Iskustvo s autonomnim QA agentima visoko se cijeni • Iskustvo rada u agilnim razvojnim okruženjima (Scrum, Kanban...) • Poznavanje aplikacija temeljenih na oblaku (cloud) i Azure okruženja smatra se prednošću • Iskustvo u testiranju softvera koji komunicira s hardverskim uređajima ili ugrađenim (embedded) sustavima predstavlja značajnu prednost
