Teamleiter\*in Vertrieb im Verkaufsinnendienst 100% (a)

Arbeitsort: 5612 Villmergen

Deine Aufgaben

  • Vertriebsinnendienst steuern und überwachen, bei schwierigen Aufgaben beraten und anleiten
  • Mitarbeiter ziel\- und ergebnisorientiert führen, einsetzen und koordinieren bei der Abwicklung von Offerten und Aufträgen bis hin zum Versandmanagement (Export)
  • Mitarbeiterschulungen organisieren und durchführen
  • Teamübergreifende Aufträge koordinieren
  • Kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung initiieren und anleiten
  • Laufende Kommunikation mit Kunden im Hinblick auf Auftragsabwicklung, Verfügbarkeit und Lieferplanung sicherstellen. Etwaige Zusatzbedarfe des Kunden ermitteln und intern weiterleiten
  • Mit der Aussendienstorganisation Großaufträge und Spezialaufträge besprechen und abwickeln
  • Terminpläne mit vertraglichen Eckpunkten erstellen und abstimmen. Projektcontrolling sicherstellen. Arbeitspakete festlegen, vereinbaren und genehmigen ( Definition des Lieferumfanges, Abgrenzung der Lieferungen etc.)
  • Projektstart planen und durchführen, Projektbeteiligte festlegen. Schnittstellen, Termine und Leistungen mit Vertragspartnern abstimmen
  • Korrekturmassnahmen mit Kunden, Vertragspartnern, Lieferanten und internen Fachstellen abklären und an Projektstand und \-ablauf anpassen
  • Wirtschaftliche Vorgaben und vertragliche Verpflichtungen überprüfen und sicherstellen
  • Aufbau eines operationalen KPI\-Sets inkl. Monitoring und Reporting gemäss Absprache

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Selbständiger und kundenorientierter Arbeitsstil gepaart mit einer genauen Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikative, belastbare, organisationsstarke und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch. Jede zusätzliche Sprache insbesondere \- Italienisch und/oder Französisch sind von Vorteil
  • Gute MS\-Office Kenntnisse, SAP oder sonstige ERP\-Kenntnisse
