The posting

The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) directs the worldwide overseas building program for the Department of State. • Assists Government personnel in planning and conducting studies related to management efficiency, organizational performance, information flow, and business operations. Collects, analyzes, and presents data and findings for Government review and consideration.
  • Reviews existing and proposed policies, procedures, and standards and provides analytical observations regarding consistency with established Department guidance, operational requirements, and documented best practices for Government consideration.
  • Research and identifies opportunities for business process improvements and operational efficiencies and develops recommendations for Government review and decision-making.
  • Evaluates OBO data management practices and develops recommendations to improve data quality, accessibility, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepares reports, analyses, and other informational materials summarizing research findings, trends, risks, and opportunities to support Government planning and decision-making.
  • Performs other related analytical and program support duties as assigned in response to evolving organizational requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
