  • Serve as a senior technical advisor and subject matter expert for Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and related Power Platform capabilities.
  • Bridge mission requirements and technical execution by conducting requirements-gathering sessions, analyzing user needs, evaluating solution options, and recommending secure and supportable architectures.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps tailored to mission needs, including logistics tracking and personnel readiness applications.
  • Connect applications to authorized data sources, including Dataverse, and implement complex business logic using Power Fx.
  • Create, manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize complex cloud and desktop flows in Power Automate.
  • Automate repetitive tasks, integrate disparate systems, implement robust error handling, and apply robotic process automation techniques to support legacy-system integration.
  • Develop advanced data models and write complex DAX queries for Power BI.
  • Create secure, high-performance dashboards and reports that connect multiple data sources and provide leadership with unified views of key performance indicators.
  • Apply sound solution architecture, security, governance, configuration management, testing, deployment, and sustainment practices across the Power Platform lifecycle.
  • Prepare solution design documents and other technical deliverables in accordance with approved project schedules and security requirements.
  • Develop and deliver standard operating procedures, user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and other documentation for custom applications, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Conduct comprehensive training for designated government officials, including citizen developers and system administrators, on Power Platform capabilities, solution use, administration, and best practices.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver briefings, including quarterly updates, to government stakeholders and leadership.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, resolve or mitigate flow failures, and recommend improvements that enhance solution reliability and user experience.
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, security personnel, and other project participants to plan deployments and ensure solutions are delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain awareness of applicable DoD cybersecurity, information assurance, accessibility, records-management, and configuration-management requirements.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated advanced-level experience architecting, developing, deploying, and sustaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions in an enterprise or government environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications; Power Automate cloud and desktop flows; Power BI; Dataverse; Power Fx; and DAX.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with authorized enterprise data sources and disparate systems.
  • Experience designing secure, scalable, high-performance solutions in a controlled or secure environment.
  • Experience developing technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, troubleshooting materials, training content, and leadership briefings.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in a mission-focused environment.
  • Department of Defense or federal government experience is highly desirable.

Special Knowledge Requirements:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
