Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a full-time Event Planner to join our team at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As an Event Planner, you will work with fellow team members and clients to plan and execute events at Titletown. You will use your organizational and time management skills to create lasting memories for guests attending a variety of events. Get in on the game-day action and apply today!

Unit Description

Delaware North has operated concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. At Titletown, we operate Homefield Pub + Social, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and host special events, including seasonal sledding and ice skating.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of catering events
  • Create and maintain contact with client representatives for the catering event
  • Establish event objectives with the client and develop a plan to achieve these goals
  • Partner with the catering team members to ensure a smooth and successful event
  • Maximize guest satisfaction throughout all phases of the event

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Working knowledge of budgetary practices for events preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • No experience or diploma required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time and occasionally bend, stoop, reach, and kneel
