Vi arbetar med kontorsstäd, trappstäd, skolstäd och hemstäd och är stolta över vår höga kvalitet, starka laganda och nöjda kunder. Nu söker vi en engagerad och ansvarstagande junior arbetsledare som vill vara med och utveckla verksamheten tillsammans med oss. I din roll så kommer du att rapportera till Driftchefen som är din närmaste chef!

Om rollen

Som arbetsledare hos oss har du en nyckelroll i den dagliga driften. Rollen är varierad och kombinerar administrativt arbete med operativt arbete ute i verksamheten (cirka 50/50).

Arbetsuppgifter

Administrativt

  • Planera och schemalägga personal och uppdrag
  • Kundkontakt, uppföljning och kvalitetsrapportering
  • Starta upp nya kunduppdrag
  • Säkerställa rutiner, struktur och dokumentation
  • Uppföljning av tidrapportering och leveranser
  • Hålla i anställningsintervjuer

Operativt

  • Stötta och leda personal ute på uppdrag
  • Utföra kvalitetskontroller
  • Introducera och handleda nya medarbetare
  • Vid behov själv arbeta ute i fält

Vi söker dig som

  • Har erfarenhet från servicebranschen, gärna lokalvård och inom hemstäd med.
  • Har ledaregenskaper och trivs med personalansvar
  • Är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och stresstålig
  • Är tydlig i din kommunikation och skapar förtroende
  • Har B‑körkort (krav)
  • Behärskar svenska i tal och skrift (engelska är meriterande)

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av arbetsledning eller samordning
  • SRY‑utbildning eller motsvarande
  • Erfarenhet av golvvård, fönsterputs eller städmaskiner
