The DCX Client Services - Home Based Project Manager will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the successful delivery of digital marketing projects and campaigns from kickoff through completion. You will work closely with clients, creative teams, marketing specialists, developers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within approved scope, and to the expected quality standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment. You should be able to anticipate potential roadblocks, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and keep projects moving while maintaining a strong understanding of the client's goals and expectations.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Project Planning & Organization – Effectively plans, coordinates, and manages multiple digital marketing projects, campaigns, and deliverables while meeting deadlines and priorities.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management – Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams, facilitates meetings, provides project updates, and ensures everyone understands responsibilities and next steps.
  • Attention to Detail & Quality Assurance – Maintains accuracy across project timelines, campaign requirements, content, creative assets, tracking, approvals, and final deliverables.
  • Problem Solving & Risk Management – Proactively identifies potential delays, resource constraints, scope changes, quality issues, and other project risks and takes appropriate action to keep projects on track.
  • Digital Marketing Project Knowledge – Understands the general workflow and dependencies involved in digital marketing projects, including websites, SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, content, creative production, and digital campaigns.
  • Leadership & Accountability – Takes ownership of project outcomes, follows up on action items, holds stakeholders accountable to deadlines, and escalates issues when necessary.
  • Scope & Timeline Management – Ensures projects remain aligned with approved requirements, timelines, budgets, and client expectations while identifying and communicating scope changes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead and coordinate digital marketing projects and campaigns from kickoff through final delivery
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, task assignments, and dependencies
  • Coordinate with creative, content, SEO, paid media, web development, social media, and other marketing teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Serve as a primary point of coordination between clients and internal project teams
  • Facilitate internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and distribute meeting recaps and action items
  • Monitor project progress and proactively follow up with team members on outstanding tasks and deadlines
  • Identify project risks, bottlenecks, resource constraints, and potential delays and develop solutions or escalate them appropriately
  • Ensure project deliverables are aligned with the approved scope of work (SOW), campaign objectives, timelines, and client expectations
  • Coordinate the review and approval process for marketing materials, creative assets, website updates, content, advertisements, and other digital deliverables
  • Manage feedback and revisions by ensuring comments are documented, assigned, tracked, and resolved
  • Conduct or coordinate quality assurance checks before deliverables are presented to clients or launched
  • Coordinate website, landing page, email, social media, paid advertising, SEO, and other digital marketing deliverables as required
  • Assist in coordinating campaign launches and ensuring all required assets, links, tracking, approvals, and dependencies are completed
  • Monitor project budgets, hours, and time tracking to help ensure projects remain financially aligned with approved scope
  • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and upcoming priorities to clients and internal leadership
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, files, timelines, task boards, and project records
  • Help improve project management processes, workflows, templates, and documentation
  • Support onboarding and implementation of new clients, campaigns, and internal processes
  • Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Account Managers, Marketing Specialists, Designers, Developers, Copywriters, and other team members
  • Stay informed about evolving digital marketing tools, platforms, technologies, and AI-enabled workflows
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business and client needs

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in project management, digital marketing, marketing operations, account coordination, agency operations, or a related role.
  • Experience working in a marketing agency, advertising agency, digital marketing team, or client services environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, campaigns, or clients simultaneously is preferred.

Communication

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and internal teams
  • Comfortable facilitating meetings, presenting project updates, and communicating project risks or delays
  • Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with stakeholders at different levels

Digital Marketing Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts and workflows, including:
  • SEO
  • Paid search/PPC
  • Social media marketing
  • Email marketing
  • Content marketing
  • Website development and maintenance
  • Landing pages and conversion-focused campaigns
  • Digital advertising and creative production
  • Analytics, tracking, and campaign reporting
  • Understanding of how different marketing functions work together within a campaign
  • Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics and KPIs is a plus

Technical & Project Management Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Experience with project/task management platforms such as Notion, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, JIRA, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with proofing and approval platforms such as PageProof, ProofHub, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with website content management systems such as WordPress is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong ability to manage project timelines, dependencies, priorities, and deliverables
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain an organized digital workspace and project documentation

Additional Job Requirements

  • Education: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven work experience as Project Manager or similar role.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously.
  • Website project experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
