Was du bewegst

  • Du analysierst Produktions\- und Supportprozesse, erkennstVerbesserungspotenziale und unterstützt derenerfolgreiche Umsetzung.
  • Du arbeitest bei der Einführung und Anwendung vonLean\-Methoden wie 5S, KVP, Shopfloor Managementoder Problemlösung aktiv mit.
  • Du unterstützt den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklungvon KPI\-Systemen, Dashboards und Visualisierungenzur datenbasierten Steuerung des Betriebs.
  • Du arbeitest in bereichsübergreifenden Verbesserungsprojektenmit und übernimmst nach der Einarbeitungsphasedie Verantwortung für vollständige Projekte,Teilprojekte sowie konkrete Umsetzungsmassnahmen.
  • Du unterstützt Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende dabei,kontinuierliche Verbesserungen nachhaltig im Arbeitsalltagzu verankern.

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)
  • Fachrichtung: in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Prozessmanagement oder Operational Excellence, und eine Weiterbildung im Management (z. B. Six Sigma Belt oder vergleichbar)
  • Berufserfahrung: 1\-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktions\-, Prozessmanagement\-, \- oder Continuous\-Improvement\-Umfeld.
  • Du überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsstärke, arbeitestgerne mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppenzusammen und setzt Veränderungen pragmatisch undnachhaltig um.
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert undlösungsorientiert und hast Freude daran, Prozesse undAbläufe kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
  • Du bringst erste Kenntnisse in Management, OperationalExcellence oder KVP. Erfahrungen mit Power BI,SAP S/4HANA oder vergleichbaren digitalen Tools sindvon Vorteil.
