Was du bewegst

  • Du führst, coachst und entwickelst dein Team (20\-25 Mitarbeitende) zu Höchstleistungen.
  • Du steuerst die Produktions und Lieferprozesse und sorgst für termingerechte Auslieferungen.
  • Du optimierst laufend Abläufe ( , Kaizen) zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitäts , Hygiene und Sicherheitsstandards sicher.
  • Du koordinierst Schnittstellen zu Einkauf, Technik und Qualitätsmanagement.

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ)
  • Fachrichtung: technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Lebensmitteltechnik, Produktionstechnik, HF/FH oder gleichwertig).
  • Berufserfahrung: mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Produktion oder Supply Chain in der Nahrungsmittelbranche / FMCG, davon Erfahrung in Führungsaufgaben.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Produktionssteuerung, Methoden sowie Basiswissen in QM und GMP/HACCP Anforderungen.
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamförderung; ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken und lösungsorientiertes Handeln.
  • Bereitschaft für 3 Schicht und bei Bedarf 4 Schichtarbeit
  • Deutsch (C1\)
