Ziel der Position

Als Standortleiter/in trägst du die Gesamtverantwortung für den Standort und stellst dessen wirtschaftlichen, operativen und personellen Erfolg sicher. Du führst den Standort unternehmerisch, entwickeln den Verkauf und die Kundenbeziehungen weiter und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für eine effiziente Organisation von Verkauf, Einkauf, Lager, Logistik und Administration. Dabei verbindest du operative Präsenz mit strategischem Denken und schaffst die Voraussetzungen für nachhaltiges Wachstum, hohe Kundenzufriedenheit und eine starke Teamkultur.

Das erwartet dich

  • Führen von ca. 20 Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für Umsatz, Ergebnis, Kosten und Budget im Zuständigkeitsbereich in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung Handel
  • Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie
  • Aktive Unterstützung des Verkaufsinnendienstes und\- aussendienstes
  • Aktive Unterstützung der Produktemanger/\-innen
  • Identifikation und Erschliessung von Markt\- und Produktpotenzialen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts\- und Sicherheitsstandards

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Holzhandel, Detail\-/Grosshandel, Logistik oder einer vergleichbaren Branche
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Holzhandel oder einem verwandten Handelsumfeld
  • Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Führungskompetenzen
  • Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Kennzahlen
  • Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP\-/ Warenwirschaftssystemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute ösischkenntnisse
