Le poste

En tant qu'Account Manager (H/F) basé(e) à Montpellier en télétravail, vous serez responsable du succès de votre portefeuille de comptes stratégiques sur la ville de Montpellier et sa métropole, afin de mettre en place les outils les plus pertinents pour nos utilisateurs. Vous reporterez directement au City Manager Lead en place.

Vos principales missions :

  • Gérer un portefeuille de restaurants clés à Montpellier et dans sa métropole, nécessitant une réelle expertise et une attention particulière.
  • Créer un partenariat privilégié et durable en apportant votre expertise Food Tech, en tant qu'expert(e) de votre zone/ville.
  • Optimiser la rentabilité de votre portefeuille et proposer un accompagnement personnalisé, construit sur le long terme avec l'appui de la data.
  • Analyser la performance de votre portefeuille et prendre les mesures adéquates. Faire des recommandations directes au City Manager Lead, faire preuve d'agilité et d'ouverture à la nouveauté. Deliveroo est une entreprise en mouvement, avec des outils et options à déployer à un rythme soutenu.
  • Suggérer et mettre en œuvre des campagnes marketing et promotionnelles adaptées à votre portefeuille.
  • Suivre de près les opérations pour optimiser l'expérience à la fois des restaurants partenaires et des clients.
  • Vous déplacer régulièrement chez vos partenaires à Montpellier pour entretenir la proximité et la relation de confiance, tout en travaillant à distance au quotidien avec vos équipes.

Votre expérience et vos qualités

  • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience minimum sur un poste similaire.
  • Capacité à négocier, anticiper des discussions commerciales et entreprendre les actions nécessaires pour maintenir un portefeuille de qualité (discussions contractuelles, négociation d'outils commerciaux, etc.) et atteindre les objectifs (OKRs).
  • Capacité à garder le contrôle de son portefeuille Partenaires, à observer les tendances du marché local et à fournir des retours en temps réel à ses partenaires et à son manager.
  • Expertise terrain : proche de vos partenaires, vous assurez une veille concurrentielle qualitative sur votre portefeuille et le marché montpelliérain.
  • Capacité à convaincre et à influencer vos partenaires pour atteindre les objectifs fixés, tout en respectant les valeurs de Deliveroo.
  • Proactivité et capacité à tirer des conclusions des résultats de vos actions pour faire des recommandations pertinentes à votre City Manager Lead.
  • Compréhension et appropriation rapides des objectifs à atteindre, avec autonomie et détermination.
  • Capacité à mettre en place des actions personnalisées et cohérentes avec les besoins des partenaires et les directives managériales.
