What you’ll achieve We’re seeking a GenAI & HPC Delivery Engineer with strong hands-on experience in GPU accelerated systems, Linux performance tuning, and cluster deployment. This role is highly hands-on and customer-facing, supporting onsite deployments across the U.S. for cutting-edge HPC and GenAI solutions.

You will: • Deploy, configure, and validate GPU-accelerated compute clusters for AI, ML, and HPC using NVIDIA Base Command Manager (Warewulf and OpenHPC knowledge are a plus) • Perform multi-node testing and benchmarking with HPL GPU, HPL MxP, STREAM, NCCL, RCCL, OSU Microbenchmarks, and related tools • Validate GPU interconnects and fabric health; troubleshoot hardware, component, and network issues during deployment and coordinate remediation/parts replacement with support teams • Configure, harden, and optimize Linux operating systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, Rocky) tailored for GenAI and HPC workloads • Produce detailed as-built documentation, performance verification reports, and adhere to deployment operational best practices • Work directly with enterprise customers onsite (travel both regionally and across the U.S.)

Qualifications

Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements • 5+ years of experience with HPC or GenAI clusters, GPU-based systems, AI infrastructure, or related technical environments • Proven hands-on experience with GPU deployment, system configuration, and multi-node testing using NVIDIA Base Command Manager (BCM) • Practical experience executing cluster benchmarking tools: HPL, STREAM, NCCL, RCCL, MxP, and OSU Microbenchmarks • Red Hat certification (RHCSA) or 5+ years of relevant Enterprise Linux (RHEL/Rocky/Ubuntu) systems administration experience • Solid understanding of high-speed GenAI/HPC fabrics and networking (InfiniBand and/or RoCE) • Hands-on experience with containerization and workload orchestration platforms (Docker, Singularity/Apptainer, Slurm, or Kubernetes) • Excellent technical troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time across the U.S. as needed for deployment projects

Desirable Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field • NVIDIA technical certifications (NCA, NCE, DGX) • Experience deploying and configuring NVIDIA UFM, InfiniBand, and Spectrum-X fabrics • Exposure to hybrid cloud or GPU cloud infrastructure • Experience utilizing GPU observability and performance profiling tools

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
