Delmar International (Netherlands) B.V. is een intercontinentale zee- en luchtvracht expediteur die een hoog service level hanteert voor haar klanten. Bij Delmar Nederland werk je samen met circa 30 professionals die samen de dagelijkse zee- en luchtvracht zendingen voor opdrachtgevers in binnen- en buitenland verzorgen en alles wat daarbij komt kijken. Ons kantoor is gevestigd in Zevenaar en beschikt over een eigen warehouse & CFS.

Delmar Nederland maakt deel uit van Delmar International, het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Montreal, Canada. Wereldwijd zijn er ruim 50 kantoren!

Wat ga je doen?

Je wordt onderdeel van het Team Sales & Pricing, hetgeen momenteel in ontwikkeling is. De kerntaken zijn het werven van nieuwe klanten en het onderhouden en ontwikkelen van bestaande klanten.

We zijn op zoek naar een collega die het leuk vindt om actief bij te dragen aan groei en ontwikkeling, iemand met een proactieve instelling die graag de uitdaging met ons aangaat om deze kerntaken tot een succes te maken.

Binnen deze functie ondersteun jij het gehele verkoopproces vanuit kantoor en werk je veel samen met je operationele collega`s in binnen- en buitenland. Jij bent de spil tussen klanten en je collega`s. Jij zorgt ervoor dat processen soepel verlopen en zorgt dat alle informatie en systemen up-to-date zijn.

Kerntaken:

· Beheren en beantwoorden van e-mails en telefoontjes.

· Meehelpen bij het calculeren, opmaken en versturen van offertes.

· Opvolgen van offertes.

· Kwalificeren van leads.

· Nabellen van leads.

· Prospect- en marktonderzoek.

· Voorbereiden van presentaties voor afspraken.

· Signaleren van kansen en actief meedenken met klanten.

Wat breng jij mee?

· Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op MBO- of HBO niveau.

· Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.

· Je bent klantgericht, administratief sterk en hebt een commerciële drive.

· Je kan nauwkeurig en datagedreven werken.

· Je werkt snel, gestructureerd en houdt overzicht.

· Je bent sterk in Nederlandse en Engelse communicatie, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

· Je kunt zelfstandig werken en denkt in oplossingen.

· Je bent bekend met het gebruik van het MS office pakket (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, etc.) en het CRM pakket (Salesforce).
