Your contribution to our success • Serve as the single point of contact for the engagement team, overseeing internal databases and/or portals that support audit engagement teams.• Take full ownership of engagement economics (e.g., hours, budgets, estimates to complete, fees, billings, Work in Process spreadsheets), proactively collaborating with relevant team members to address and resolve emerging issues.• Collaborate with the engagement team, business development, and planning teams both locally and external to achieve agreed team goals.• Coordinate risk management processes, including engagement letters, client continuance & acceptance, independence, family tree maintenance, preapproval, and other regulatory requirements.• Ability to work closely with cross border engagement teams under the direction and supervision of local teams and support on non-subjective areas in the audit file. Your skills • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, client facing, or a related support role.• Although not mandatory, however, knowledge of prior audit experience within Big4 environment shall be preferred.• A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Knowledge of French or German language is an asset.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges proactively• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of work efficiently• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Interested?
