Your contribution to our success• Provide assistance in terms of planning, finance reporting• Proceed with time checks and reporting on a weekly and monthly basis for Global reporting• Be a key contact person for our audit and assurance teams and ensure that all relevant information is collected, and actions taken accordingly• Provide appropriate support in terms of communication, internal procedures and PowerPoint presentations• Monitor, follow and manage the mailbox and take actions accordingly Your skills: • First relevant professional experience as Team Assistant or equivalent role considered as an asset• Be adaptable to the change• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, service-oriented mindset• Capacity to manage priorities and deadlines with a sense of initiative• Innovative mindset and capacity to challenge existing situations• Strong IT proficiency especially in Excel and PowerPoint• Good command of English and German Interested?
