Deloitte, one of the world’s leading professional services firms, is seeking an Internal Audit Consultant to join its Audit & Assurance (A&A) practice.

We are looking for a highly capable, perceptive, and detail-oriented professional who wants to contribute to meaningful client work, support leading organizations, and join a talented, high-impact team.

In this role, you will work on internal audit engagements, analyze complex business processes, identify risks and control gaps, and lead initiatives that deliver tangible value to clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to internal audit engagements and activities to prepare, assess, and improve internal controls.
  • Analyze business processes and lead the identification of risks and control gaps.
  • Work with clients across a range of industries and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Work independently while collaborating closely with a leading professional team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting / economics / business administration / law
  • Experience of 3-6 years in the worlds of internal audit
  • High proficiency in Hebrew and English (must)
  • Very good self-expression in writing and in writing (Hebrew and English)
  • Full control of OFFICE applications
  • Experience and/or ability to work with AI tools – mandatory
