Description:Job Title: Financial Controller Company: Deloitte General Services Job Function: Internal Functions Level of Experience: Experienced Contract Type: Open-term Req ID: 14186 Job Description: Your future teamOur Internal Finance & Controlling team plays a strategic role in supporting decision making, performance monitoring and sustainable growth across the organization.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Financial Controller with 4–5 years of relevant experience.The advantages of joining us• Global impact, local connections: Work on cross-functional initiatives and ERP projects that support both local and international operations.• Innovative work that matters: Contribute to digital transformation, process automation, and the implementation of new Finance technologies.• Inclusive, flexible culture: Join a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued and where you can balance work and personal life.• Build your network: Work with Finance, IT, and business leaders across the firm and expand your professional network.How you'll contribute to our successWorking closely with the Controlling Manager, you will:• Controlling & Performance Management o Prepare, analyze and challenge monthly financial results.o Monitor budgets, forecasts and variances, providing clear explanations and action-oriented recommendations.o Support implementation and follow-up of KPIs.• Budgeting & Forecasting o Contribute to the annual budget, forecasts and medium-term planning.o Coordinate with business units to gather assumptions and ensure consistent, reliable figures.• Reporting, Data Integrity & Reconciliation o Produce accurate, timely management reports for local and group management.o Ensure data consistency across sources and perform financial reconciliations.o Improve reporting tools/dashboards and ensure compliance with policies, standards and deadlines.• Process, Tools Improvement & Projects o Optimize controlling processes (e.g. closing, reporting).o Support firmwide financial projects (new reporting frameworks, tools, regulatory or group requirements).o Promote best practices and internal controls.• Business Partnering o Act as a finance partner for operational and support functions.o Provide financial analyses (profitability, costs, investments, ad hoc studies).o Help non-finance stakeholders understand financial impacts and drive performance.Your skills• Education: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or related field.• Experience: 4–5 years' experience in finance & controlling, ideally in a multinational environment.• Technical Skills: o Strong knowledge of management accounting and financial analysis.o Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.o Experience with data reconciliation.o Very good command of Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI)• Languages: Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).• Soft Skills: o Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to details.o Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deadlines.o Good communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.o Proactive, curious and keen to improve processes and tools.Interested?
