Your contribution to our successEnsure Smooth Payroll & Benefits OperationsHandle payroll instructions and benefits with accuracy and attention to detail with focus on HRIS, covering both recurring monthly & ad-hoc activities.Support HR Daily OperationsSupport the HR team on day-to-day operational topics, helping coordinate actions and ensuring smooth handling of payroll and benefits-related requests.Manage Key HR ProcessesContribute to monthly and yearly HR cycles, including controls, reporting, audit preparation, and system updates, ensuring consistency and compliance.Drive Process Quality and Continuous ImprovementIdentify improvement opportunities, strengthen documentation, and support projects that enhance workflows, HRIS and data quality.Be a Trusted Point of Contact for EmployeesProvide timely, clear support on payroll and benefits questions, ensuring confidentiality and a high-quality employee experience.Your skillsMust have:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field from an accredited university/college.• 2-3 years of experience in a similar payroll, benefits, or HR operations role.• Strong interpersonal skills, team player, proactive, agile, and solution-oriented.• Advanced Excel skills. Nice to have:• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite. Soft skills:• High level of integrity and confidentiality.• Attention to detail and critical thinking.• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
