Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned business lines: intake/kickoff, sourcing, assessment, stakeholder alignment, offer, and closing.2. Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, interview plans, and selection criteria.3. Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, events) to engage both active and passive talent.4. Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles; conduct market mapping and share competitive intelligence.5. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, structured assessment, and consistent feedback loops.6. Track and interpret recruiting analytics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance, quality of hire, diversity metrics) and translate insights into action. Your skills • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments; proven success engaging passive candidates and filling niche/senior roles.• Thrive in ambiguous situations; resilient in the face of change; and easily adapt to new situations.• Client oriented with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; comfortable setting expectations and driving alignment. Nice to have• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate advocacy skills; high integrity and confidentiality.• Data-driven approach; proficient in building reports and using insights to improve decision-making.• Knowledge of structured interviewing, competency frameworks, diversity hiring practices, and relevant employment law.• Expertise with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Interested?
