Your skills Must-have • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field • Relevant work experience in a system engineer role with a minimum of 3 years of experience• Strong analytical and problem solving mindset, with a structured and pragmatic approach• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a multicultural team• Customer oriented attitude, good communication skills and sense of ownership.• Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server administration with GPOs, DNS/DHCP and certificate management.• Solid experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration, including troubleshooting and hardening.• Good knowledge of automation and scripting (Ansible/AWX or Automation Platform, PowerShell) for deployment and configuration management.• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Nice to have • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and hybrid infrastructures.• Experience with Nutanix AHV and VMware ESXi hypervisors, including capacity and lifecycle management.• Exposure to virtual desktop solutions such as Microsoft AVD and/or VMware Horizon.
