Technical Configuration & Implementation: Configure automation workflows, bots, and AI-driven components tailored to each client's needs. Implement document management rules, integrate APIs and cloud services, and test solutions while ensuring performance and compliance.2. Support Delivery Activities: Engage in proof-of-concepts, pilots, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and production rollouts to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Document processes to maintain traceability and standards.3. Learning & Innovation: Explore emerging technologies like GenAI, Agentic AI, and low-code platforms. Participate in internal training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and hands-on innovations for accelerated delivery.4. Partner effectively with nearshore teams to support implementation tasks and project success. Your skillsMust-have skills: • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.• 4+ years of hands-on or academic experience with automation, software development, or AI.• Familiarity with automation platforms or low-code solutions (specific tools will be trained as needed).Nice-to-have skills:• Interest or previous exposure to document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText).• Curiosity about emerging technologies, including GenAI, LLMs, chatbots, and intelligent agents.• Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, Java, .NET, or similar).
