You will work at the intersection of business strategy, technology and data delivery helping clients in financial services (Banks, insurers etc.) and Public sector (incl. European institutions) understand their technological & data challenges, define what good looks like, and translate that into solutions that actually get used.You will have structured mentoring, exposure to senior client conversations, and a clear path to grow your analytical and consulting skills. How you'll contribute to our success 1. Understand & frame business challenges: Work with business stakeholders (e.g., in FSI or EU/public sector) to understand their priorities and pain points.2. Gather & structure requirements: Collect, organise and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria for both business and delivery teams.3. Work with data: analyse data, validate rule based requirements, identify quality issues and propose solutions4. Drive decision through insights: Support the interpretation of reports, dashboards and analyses, and help turn data into clear, actionable messages for decision makers.5. Support delivery & change: coordinate activities across workstreams, support UAT, contribute to stakeholder communication, ensure that solutions are adopted by users.6. Learn & grow across roles: Collaborate across business functions and share knowledge, methods and lessons learned with the wider team. Your skills Core requirements• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data/Information Systems or a related field.• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business and data analysis, project management, risk/compliance, operations or similar roles.• Fluency in English (spoken and written).• Strong problem solving, analytical, presentation and communication skills.• Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN, UML or equivalent)• Knowledge of basic SQL or ability in querying or manipulating data• AI literate: familiar with AI concepts and experience in using AI tools in business context and settings.Additionally Valued• First experience or strong interest in Financial Services (FSI) or EU/public sector environments.• Familiarity with Agile delivery (user stories, sprints, backlog)• Exposure to process optimization and/or technology / data driven initiatives.• Familiarity with business intelligence / visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) from a business/user perspective.Nice to Have• Understanding of data concepts (data pipelines, warehousing, data quality, dashboarding, KPIs, metrics, simple queries) or experience working with technical teams.• Any relevant certification (business analysis, project management, data / cloud fundamentals).• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and on cross functional initiatives.• Fluency in French (spoken and written) or any other languagesInterested?
