Job Description:

Delta Capita is expanding its Structured Products business in APAC and is looking for a Structured Products Document Automation Specialist to join our global team. This junior-to-mid-level opportunity is suited to someone with practical experience in structured products documentation within the APAC market, together with hands-on experience using AI and automation tools to support document drafting, template development, validation and quality control.

This is an opportunity to build specialist expertise within a fast-growing global business and work with leading investment banks across the structured products industry. You will support our global team in delivering end-to-end structured product issuance services across documentation, governance, automation and process improvement, with guidance from experienced colleagues and increasing responsibility as your expertise develops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation, maintenance and updating of structured products documentation templates for use in AI-enabled automation. This may include Termsheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Issuer Specific Summaries, Key Information Documents and related ancillary documentation.
  • Review automated documentation output against approved client templates and trade details, identify discrepancies and make or escalate corrections as appropriate.
  • Manage an assigned pipeline of documentation work, meet agreed deadlines and provide clear updates on status, risks and progress.
  • Work with stakeholders across business, legal and operations teams, contributing to effective working relationships and the delivery of accurate, high-quality documentation services.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and help test and refine the use of AI and automation within structured products documentation workflows.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across regions, share knowledge and follow agreed standards to support consistent and efficient delivery.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Some practical experience of structured products issuance and documentation, with a working understanding of common product structures, payoffs and documentation requirements.
  • Experience drafting and or reviewing structured products documentation, such as Termsheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Issuer Specific Summaries, Key Information Documents and related ancillary documentation.
  • Hands-on exposure to document automation, workflow tools or template-based document generation; experience within structured products documentation is preferred.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to support documentation activities, with an understanding of the importance of prompt quality, validation, accuracy and appropriate human review.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across business, legal and operations teams, and the ability to communicate questions, issues and progress clearly.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple items of work.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn and develop both documentation and automation expertise.

Why Join Delta Capita

  • Be part of a global structured products team with exposure to tier-one investment banks
  • Work at the forefront of issuance automation and documentation transformation
  • Contribute to a fast-scaling business with global delivery capabilities
  • Join a collaborative, supportive culture that values precision and innovation
  • Hybrid working with a strong focus on client impact and delivery excellence

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
