  • Build a multi-year growth roadmap for assigned categories, including assortment, innovation, placement, pricing, promotion, and project-selling opportunities.
  • Use POS, market, customer, and operational data to identify opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and implement countermeasures.

Commercial Execution:

  • Deliver sales, POS, share, and profitability objectives through disciplined execution of assortment changes, product launches, promotions, resets, and other growth initiatives.
  • Develop fact-based recommendations and customer presentations that clearly communicate the opportunity, required actions, and expected business impact.
  • Partner with the dedicated Lowes.com account lead and digital teams to ensure store and online strategies are connected and the customer experience is consistent across channels.

Forecasting and Operational Excellence:

  • Own the commercial forecast for assigned categories and partner with inventory planning and supply chain teams to improve forecast accuracy, availability, and inventory health.
  • Establish clear execution plans, milestones, and accountability for customer programs and resolve issues that could affect service, cost, or timing.
  • Monitor performance against plan and communicate risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to the appropriate internal and customer stakeholders.

Cross Functional Team Leadership:

  • Lead cross-functional work across marketing, product, finance, customer solutions, demand planning, operations, and customer data teams.
  • Align internal partners around customer commitments, priorities, timing, and measures of success.
  • Influence decisions without direct authority and create clarity in a fast-paced, complex account environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly motivated and able to resourcefully solve problems while ensuring decision making and engagement occurs at the right levels within the organization.

Work Location and Travel:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
