התפקיד כולל אחריות על צי הרכב של החברה באתרי קיסריה וכרמיאל, עבודה מול מגוון ספקים וגורמים מקצועיים, מתן שירות לעובדי החברה והובלת תחום הבטיחות בתעבורה בארגון.

תחומי אחריות

  • אחריות כוללת על צי הרכב של החברה.
  • הקצאת והחזרת רכבים לעובדים.
  • עבודה שוטפת מול חברות ליסינג, מוסכים, סוכנויות רכב, חברות ביטוח וספקים נוספים.
  • מעקב אחר טיפולים תקופתיים, טסטים ותחזוקת כלי הרכב.
  • טיפול בדוחות נזק, תאונות ותביעות ביטוח.
  • מתן מענה מקצועי ושירותי לעובדי החברה בכל נושאי הרכב.
  • אחריות על תחום המלגזות במרלו"ג, לרבות טיפולים תקופתיים ותחזוקה שוטפת.
  • אחריות על עמידה בנהלי בטיחות בתעבורה ובטיחות מלגזנים.
  • עבודה מול מגוון ממשקים פנים וחוץ ארגוניים.
  • זיהוי בעיות ומתן פתרונות באופן עצמאי.

Requirements

  • הסמכה בתוקף של קצין.ת בטיחות בתעבורה – חובה
  • ניסיון של לפחות שנתיים בתפקיד קצין/ת רכב או קצין.ת בטיחות בתעבורה – חובה.
  • ניסיון בעבודה מול חברות ליסינג – חובה.
  • ניסיון בעבודה מול מוסכים, סוכנויות רכב וחברות ביטוח.
  • ניסיון בניהול משא ומתן ועבודה מול ספקים.
  • תודעת שירות גבוהה ויחסי אנוש מצוינים.
  • יכולת עבודה עצמאית, יוזמה ופתרון בעיות.
  • יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ ובריבוי משימות.
  • סדר, ארגון ויכולת מעקב ובקרה.

מיקום והיקף המשרה:

  • משרה מלאה.
  • העבודה מתבצעת בין אתרי החברה בקיסריה ובכרמיאל.
  • 3 ימי עבודה בשבוע בקיסריה ו-2 ימי עבודה בשבוע בכרמיאל.
  • נדרשת זמינות ונוכחות גבוהה בשטח כחלק מהתפקיד.
