Summary Delta Star Inc. is seeking an experienced Coil Winder III to perform advanced winding operations independently while supporting production, troubleshooting, and training. What You’ll Do You’ll lead winding activities, execute full processes, troubleshoot issues, and validate work quality. Specific Duties

Independently wind all coil types Set up and operate all winding equipment Perform troubleshooting and rework Conduct inspection checks (braze, leads, taps) Perform second sign‑off on documentation Monitor ovens and assist pressing Support failure analysis Train and inspect lower‑level employees

What We’re Looking For A highly capable winder with strong technical and inspection abilities. Position Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. Successful completion of Coil Winder II or equivalent experience.
