Als Working Student People Business Partner übernimmst du die ganzheitliche Betreuung unserer Werkstudent:innen und Praktikant:innen entlang ihres gesamten Lebenszyklus – vom Recruiting und Onboarding über ihre persönliche und fachliche Entwicklung bis hin zur Übernahme oder dem Offboarding. Unser Ziel ist es, dir einen ganzheitlichen Einblick in die Arbeit eines People Business Partners zu geben. Du übernimmst früh Verantwortung, arbeitest an operativen und strategischen Themen mit und entwickelst ein tiefes Verständnis für moderne Personalarbeit in einem wachsenden Aerospace-Unternehmen.   • Betreuung und Begleitung unserer Werkstudent:innen und Praktikant:innen entlang ihrer gesamten Zeit bei deltaVision
  • Erste Ansprechperson für personalrelevante Themen und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Führungskräften im Tagesgeschäft
  • Mitarbeit im operativen People-Bereich sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
  • Unterstützung und eigenständige Übernahme von People-Projekten in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung unserer Unternehmenskultur durch Events, Mitarbeiterinitiativen und Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften, um eine herausragende Employee Experience zu schaffen
  • Einbringen eigener Ideen und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer People-Strukturen im Rahmen unseres weiteren Wachstums

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Begeisterung für moderne Personalarbeit und Interesse daran, die Rolle eines People Business Partners kennenzulernen
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit und ein professioneller Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Interesse an der Gestaltung von Prozessen, Unternehmenskultur und Employee Experience
  • Organisationstalent sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen parallel im Blick zu behalten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du fühlst dich in der digitalen Welt wohl und hast Interesse daran, moderne Technologien und KI sinnvoll einzusetzen
