Deine Mission

Als Zerspanungsmechaniker / CNC-Maschinist bist du für die Fertigung hochpräziser Bauteile für die Luft- und Raumfahrt verantwortlich. Du richtest moderne CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen selbstständig ein, bedienst und überwachst diese und stellst die Einhaltung höchster Qualitätsstandards sicher. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Bearbeitung komplexer Einzelteile und Kleinserien auf 4- und 5-Achs-CNC-Maschinen sowie Dreh-Fräszentren. Du führst Werkzeugwechsel sowie Programm- und Maßkorrekturen direkt an der Maschine durch, optimierst kontinuierlich Fertigungsprozesse hinsichtlich Qualität, Produktivität und Wirtschaftlichkeit und arbeitest eng mit CAM-Programmierung, Qualitätssicherung, Engineering und Produktion zusammen. Bei entsprechender Erfahrung erstellst oder optimierst du CAM-Programme und unterstützt unsere Ingenieure bei der fertigungsgerechten Auslegung neuer Bauteile.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der CNC-Dreh- und/oder Fräsbearbeitung.
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen moderner CNC-Maschinen (4- und 5-Achs, Dreh-Fräszentren von Vorteil).
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CNC-Steuerungen, idealerweise Mazak.
  • Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Edelstahl, Aluminium und hochfesten Werkstoffen, vorzugsweise für die Luft- und Raumfahrt.
  • Sicheres Lesen, technische Zeichnungen sowie Umgang mit Stücklisten und Arbeitsplänen.
  • Erfahrung mit Werkzeugwechsler sowie Programm- und Maß Korrekturen an der Maschine.
  • Kenntnisse in CAM-Systemen; CAD-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle mit Messschiebern, Mikrometern, Innenmessgeräten und idealerweise 3D-Messtechnik.
  • Erfahrung in der Einzelteil- und Kleinserienfertigung.
  • Handwerkliches Geschick, selbstständige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Motivation, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Fertigungsprozessen.
  • Leidenschaft für Präzision und idealerweise Interesse an der Luft- und Raumfahrt.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
