Assistente de Captação

Local: Santo Cristo - RJ Modelo de trabalho: Presencial Horário: Segunda a sexta de 9h:00 às 18h:00, e sábado de 09h:00 às 13h:00

Como será o seu dia a dia

Pesquisar e identificar potenciais prestadores de serviços de entrega; Avaliar a qualidade e a capacidade dos prestadores de serviços por meio de entrevistas e análises de desempenho; Negociar termos e condições de contratos com os prestadores de serviços; Manter um banco de dados atualizado com informações sobre os prestadores de serviços; Garantir que todos os prestadores de serviços cumpram com os requisitos legais e regulatórios; Colaborar com as equipes de operações para alinhar a capacidade dos prestadores de serviços às demandas de entrega; Fornecer treinamento e suporte aos prestadores de serviços para garantir a conformidade com os padrões da empresa; Monitorar continuamente o desempenho dos prestadores de serviços e implementar melhorias conforme necessário.

O que buscamos

Ensino Médio completo ou técnico Desejável superior em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas será um diferencial

Será um diferencial Pacote Office intermediário, principalmente Excel; Conhecimento em gestão de fornecedores e negociações contratuais; Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão de transportes e logística; Habilidade em análise de dados e geração de relatórios de performance; Conhecimentos das regulamentações e requisitos legais para operações de entrega.
