Atuar na gestão e evolução das práticas de Remuneração e Estrutura Organizacional da DeLuna, garantindo coerência interna, competitividade de mercado e sustentabilidade dos custos de pessoal. Responsável por análises, estudos e processos relacionados a cargos, salários, movimentações, orçamento de pessoal e remuneração, apoiando a liderança na tomada de decisões e contribuindo para a estruturação e melhoria dos processos da área.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Administrar e atualizar estruturas de cargos, salários, níveis e faixas salariais.Analisar enquadramentos, movimentações, promoções e ajustes salariais.Apoiar a construção e revisão de descrições e avaliações de cargos.Realizar estudos de equidade interna e identificar distorções salariais.Apoiar a definição e revisão de políticas e critérios de remuneração.Participar de pesquisas salariais e analisar o posicionamento da empresa frente ao mercado.Realizar estudos comparativos e apresentar recomendações de remuneração.Acompanhar tendências e práticas de mercado aplicáveis ao negócio.Elaborar e acompanhar o orçamento de pessoal, realizando projeções e análises de impacto.Simular impactos de reajustes, promoções e movimentações salariais.Elaborar indicadores e análises de remuneração para suporte à gestão.Apoiar gestores em demandas relacionadas a remuneração, cargos e movimentações.Garantir a atualização e confiabilidade das bases e informações da área.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e automação dos processos.Apoiar projetos estratégicos de RH relacionados à estrutura organizacional e remuneração. Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência consolidada em Remuneração, Cargos e Salários ou Compensação.Experiência com análises de mercado e pesquisas salariais.Vivência com estudos de movimentações, promoções e enquadramentos salariais.
