Responsável pela gestão das operações diárias de transporte, coordenando equipes, motoristas e prestadores de serviços para garantir o cumprimento das rotas, prazos e níveis de serviço acordados com o cliente. Atua no planejamento operacional, monitoramento de indicadores, resolução de ocorrências e desenvolvimento de ações de melhoria contínua, visando à eficiência, qualidade das entregas e crescimento da operação.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrganizar as operações diárias de transporte, garantindo o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço e dos resultados pactuados com o cliente.Planejar, programar e distribuir rotas diariamente, em conjunto com a Supervisão de Operações.Coordenar as largadas de veículos, assegurando o cumprimento dos horários e procedimentos operacionais.Orientar e acompanhar a equipe de motoristas e operadores de entrega, garantindo produtividade e cumprimento dos prazos.Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, avaliar resultados e implementar ações corretivas para desvios operacionais.Acompanhar a performance das entregas junto ao Centro de Controle Operacional (CCO), apoiando a resolução de ocorrências e não conformidades.Organizar os prestadores de serviços, assegurando disponibilidade, qualificação e cumprimento dos padrões operacionais.Atuar em parceria com a área de Captação na atração e seleção de novos prestadores de serviços.Acompanhar as condições da frota própria e terceirizada, apoiando os processos de inspeção, controle e manutenção.Garantir a execução dos carregamentos conforme as diretrizes estabelecidas pelo cliente.Promover treinamentos operacionais, reuniões matinais e reuniões de resultados com as equipes e prestadores de serviços.Desenvolver ações para ampliar a demanda de serviços junto ao cliente, contribuindo para o crescimento da operação.Assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, padrões de segurança e metas operacionais.Promover a melhoria contínua dos processos, visando à eficiência operacional, à qualidade das entregas e à satisfação do cliente.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Médio completo.
