A missão é garantir o ritmo agressivo exigido pelos clientes corporativos e gerenciar as complexidades regionais através de articulação estratégica e parceria, substituindo o embate direto por influência e negociação inteligente.Responsabilidades e atribuições Auditar rigorosamente o foco e a produtividade do time, controlando o tempo logado e mitigando de forma absoluta distrações pessoais, pausas não programadas e excesso de saídas.Gerenciar o desempenho da equipe de forma quali-quantitativa, entregando relatórios de performance que comprovem não apenas o SLA alcançado, mas a qualidade das tratativas em ocorrências e insucessos.Monitorar de forma ostensiva a recorrência de atrasos por base e por motorista, agindo com antecipação para quebrar o ciclo de falhas antes que impactem a entrega final.Atuar como o elo político entre o Monitoramento e a Operação de campo, substituindo o embate e a agressividade por alinhamentos colaborativos, garantindo que as bases forneçam a velocidade e as informações necessárias.Impor e adaptar as regras de negócio do Mercado Livre e demais clientes às dinâmicas regionais, orquestrando fluxos complexos sem perder a governança sobre o processo.Aplicar cobrança sistêmica ininterrupta, garantindo que nenhum desvio de rota, risco ou insucesso passe sem intervenção imediata, preventiva oucorretiva.Exigir e estimular que os operadores tragam "visibilidades" contínuas sobre o status das rotas, utilizando essas informações como gatilho para questionar as ações tomadas pelo time e garantir que nenhuma ocorrência seja negligenciada.Garantir que a equipe de assistentes atue de forma preditiva, mapeando rotas em risco e intervindo junto aos motoristas e bases antes que os prazos se esgotem, reduzindo drasticamente o volume de atuações emergenciais.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo/andamento em Logística, Engenharia de Produção, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
