Das HR\-Team erbringt Dienstleistungen für insgesamt 4 Legal Entities in der Schweiz. Dazu gehören Audika als einer der grössten Hörsystem\-Einzelhändler der Schweiz mit insgesamt rund 100 Hörcentern und über 280 Mitarbeitenden wie auch die ebenfalls zu Demant gehörenden Oticon, Bernafon Export und Diatec.

Für diese spannende und herausfordernde Aufgabe suchen wir eine dienstleistungsorientierte und selbständige Persönlichkeit als

HR Generalist 60% Bern oder Urdorf (m/w/d) ==========================================

Das erwartet dich:

* Verantwortung für den gesamten administrativen HR\-Prozess vom Onboarding bis Offboarding * Verwaltung der Personaldaten und Sicherstellung der korrekten Bearbeitung aller Mutationen * Verantwortung für Auswertungen, monatliche FTE/Headcount\-Reports und quartalsweise Rückstellungen (Ferien/Überstunden) * Ansprechperson für Anliegen und Fragen bezüglich Urlaubs, Krankenstand, Bestätigungen etc. * Digitalisierung und Optimierung von HR\-Prozessen * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den HR Business Partner und Schnittstelle zu Payroll * Zusammenarbeit und Vernetzung mit dem globalen HR\-Team * Mitarbeit in HR\-Projekten Das bringst du mit:

* Mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in der HR\-Administration, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine HR\-Weiterbildung * Begeisterung für Kennzahlen, Reporting und Auswertungen sowie eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Tools und Lösungen * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und MS Office, Kenntnisse in Abacus und SAP SuccessFactors von Vorteil * Sehr selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit proaktivem Handeln * Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld effizient zu koordinieren * Kommunikative und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsorientierung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team * Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse in ösisch oder Italienisch sind ein Plus Das bieten wir dir:
