The posting

En tant que responsable du pont-bascule, vous jouez un rôle central dans le bon fonctionnement de notre site de recyclage à Seraing. Vous assurez le suivi des entrées et sorties des camions et prenez en charge les tâches administratives qui y sont liées.

Your responsibilities

  • Vous assurez la gestion du pont-bascule et veillez à un passage fluide des camions sur le site.
  • Vous enregistrez et suivez les entrées et sorties et assurez le traitement administratif associé.
  • Vous soutenez l’équipe de projet dans différentes tâches administratives, notamment la préparation et le suivi des commandes.
  • Vous êtes un point de contact pour les chauffeurs, fournisseurs et partenaires externes.
  • Vous collaborez avec les collègues sur site et avec le siège afin d’assurer un suivi administratif correct et le respect des procédures internes.

Your profile

  • Vous êtes une personne organisée, polyvalente et dynamique.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les tâches administratives et le suivi précis des informations.
  • Vous maîtrisez MS Office, notamment Outlook et Teams.
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe et êtes à l’aise avec différents interlocuteurs.
  • Vous parlez français et avez une connaissance de base de l’anglais.
  • Vous disposez d’un permis de conduire.
  • Vous habitez de préférence dans la région de Liège/Seraing.
