Wat ga je doen?

Als Recruiter bij NovaWorks ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze groei. Jij:

  • Beheert het gehele recruitmentproces van vacature tot onboarding
  • Schrijft pakkende vacatureteksten die de juiste kandidaten aanspreken
  • Speurt actief naar talent op LinkedIn, events en via referrals
  • Voert selectiegesprekken en begeleidt hiring managers in het proces
  • Werkt aan employer branding en creatieve wervingscampagnes
  • Analyseert data en optimaliseert waar nodig het wervingsproces

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in recruitment (bureau of in-house)
  • Je bent energiek, mensgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Ervaring met LinkedIn Recruiter en een ATS is een pré
  • Je denkt in kansen en houdt van tempo en variatie
