Wir suchen eine erfahrene Business Developer:in, die unser Wachstum aktiv mitgestaltet — von der Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten über den Aufbau strategischer Kundenbeziehungen bis hin zur Positionierung von demodern in einem dynamischen, technologiegetriebenen Markt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • • Identifikation und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Kundenbeziehungen • Aufbau und Pflege eines relevanten Netzwerks • Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen mit Blick auf Wachstumspotenziale • Eigenständige Ansprache potenzieller Neukunden • Entwicklung von Angebots- und Pitch-Strategien gemeinsam mit Strategie, Kreation und Tech • Analyse von Markt-, Technologie- und Kommunikationstrends • Repräsentation von demodern auf Events, Konferenzen und in relevanten Netzwerken • Steuerung und Koordination von Pitches und Ausschreibungen • Weiterentwicklung unserer Positionierung und New-Business-Prozesse

Dein Profil

  • Erste relevante Erfahrung im Bereich New Business, Business Development, Sales oder Projektmanagement – idealerweise im Agentur-, Digital- oder Kreativumfeld
  • Interesse an digitalen Produkten, Innovation und Markenkommunikation
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten im Austausch mit Kunden und Partnern
  • Lust, an Pitches und Angebotsprozessen mitzuarbeiten
  • Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an digitalen Trends, Technologie und KI
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
