Tomaten telen? Dat klinkt misschien niet technisch. Maar vergis je niet: achter onze smaakvolle tomaatjes schuilt een indrukwekkend staaltje techniek. Van warmtekrachtkoppelingen tot e-boilers, van perslucht en pompen tot fijne elektronica — het hele technische spectrum komt hier aan bod. Je moet zeker niet alles al kennen, maar je moet alles willen leren.

Als technieker zorg je ervoor dat onze serres en installaties blijven draaien als een geoliede machine. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want jij bent betrokken bij:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan diverse technische installaties zoals elektriciteit, warmtekrachtkoppelingen, water- en verwarmingssystemen, persluchtinstallaties, rollend materieel en infrastructuur.
  • Detecteren en oplossen van technische storingen door elektrische, elektronische, mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische componenten te herstellen of te vervangen.
  • Uitvoeren van technische metingen (thermisch, mechanisch, elektrisch en magnetisch) en deze correct registreren en documenteren.
  • Actief meedenken over technische verbeteringen en procesoptimalisaties binnen de serres en installaties.
  • Signaleren van risico’s, inefficiënties of terugkerende storingen en voorstellen doen ter verbetering.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van 2 à 3 arbeiders bij eenvoudige onderhoudstaken.
  • Coördineren van kleine technische herstellingen of onderhoudsprojecten, eventueel in samenwerking met externe partners.
  • Meewerken aan de aanleg, uitbreiding of aanpassing van nieuwe technische installaties. Het takenpakket kan verder worden afgestemd en uitgebreid in functie van jouw expertise, interesses en groeipad.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding met elektrische achtergrond (vb elektromechanica) en hebt affiniteit met techniek in de brede zin.
  • Je bent hands-on, je houdt van aanpakken en je bent een echte problemsolver.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer maar gaat ook graag zelfstandig aan de slag.
  • Je bent sterk organisatorisch en draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel.
  • Interesse in computertechniek is een pluspunt
