The posting

Sophiagård Elmehøjen er et bo- og arbejdssted for 24 udviklingshæmmede unge og voksne, beliggende i naturskønne omgivelser i Ølsted på Fyn. Grundlaget for vores arbejde er Rudolf Steiners menneskesyn og vi søger en medarbejdere, der kan spejle sig i og arbejde ud fra dette værdigrundlag.

Om stillingen og vagterne

Som SSA eller sygeplejerske vil du på lige fod med det pædagogiske medarbejdere deltage i de pædagogiske vagter, som er en fast del af ansættelsen. Dine vagter vil bestå af:

  • En fast morgenvagt om ugen (kl. 06.30 - 09.00)
  • En fast aftenvagt om ugen (kl. 15.30 - 21.30)
  • En fast weekenddag om måneden (kl. 08.30 - 21.30) samt evt. en nattevagt
  • Deltagelse i gåture og måltider med beboerne et par gange om ugen

Den resterende tid er dedikeret til dit sygeplejefaglige arbejde. Det er en fordel, men ikke et krav, at du har erfaring inden for det sygeplejefaglige område.

Dine ansvarsområder og opgaver

Du vil få det overordnede overblik og ansvar for det sygeplejefaglige område. Dine primære opgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

  • Bestilling, dosering og administration af medicin.
  • Registrering, opstart og dokumentation af behandlinger i vores journalsystem.
  • Løbende kontakt til vores læge vedrørende beboernes behandling, samt planlægning af lægebesøg.
  • Opfølgning på behandlingseffekt i samarbejde med medarbejdergruppen.
  • Håndtering af og opfølgning på utilsigtede hændelser (UTH).
  • Oplæring af medarbejdergruppen i medicinhåndtering og brug af instrukser.
  • Overblik og vejledning i alt inden for diabetes.
  • Faglig sparring og rådighed for kolleger vedrørende sygdomstegn eller beboernes generelle helbred.
  • Arbejde med naturmedicin

  • Du arbejder ansvarsbevidst og har et godt overblik
  • Du er engageret, rolig og tillidsvækkende i din kontakt med andre.
  • Du vil det pædagogiske arbejde og ønsker at indgå aktivt i et fællesskab.
  • Du er åben, tør begå fejl og er villig til at udvikle dig.
  • Du er fleksibel og kan have mange bolde i luften.
