The posting

We are seeking a driven Licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Sales Producer to join

our growing agency. In this role, you will consult with existing and prospective clients on their

insurance risks and recommend customized solutions while managing these relationships from

initial quote to policy renewal.

Key Responsibilities

● Client Consultation & Risk Assessment: Interview prospects to determine insurance

needs and offer coverage recommendations

● Multi-Line Sales: Pitch and sell tailored policies across Property & Casualty Insurance

products (auto, home, umbrella)

● Lead Generation & Networking: Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling,

community networking, digital marketing, and client referrals

● Quotes & Underwriting Compliance: Prepare accurate price quotes, complete formal

applications, and verify regulatory compliance with state insurance commissioner

guidelines

● Policy Management & Claims Support: Handle policy renewals and coverage changes

and guide clients through the claims process

● Company Culture: Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment while receiving the

training and resources needed to succeed

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

● Active New Jersey Property & Casualty License

● 3-5 years of direct sales, customer service, or insurance industry experience

● Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, quick learner of new

quoting/CRM software tools

● You are self-driven, organized and efficient, dependable, and committed to providing

top-notch service

● $50,000.00-$80,000.00 Base salary plus uncapped commission structure

● Performance-based bonuses and sales incentives
