  • Wir suchen dich, mit Leidenschaft für Digitales Marketing, einem wachen Blick für Trends und einem klaren Verständnis für die dynamische Entwicklung von Suchmaschinen und KI-getriebenen Antwortsystemen (z. B. Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini)
  • Du verantwortest die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Optimierung ganzheitlicher SEO- und GEO-Strategien zur Steigerung der organischen Sichtbarkeit unserer Kunden
  • Dabei entwickelst du zukunftsgerichtete Konzepte für GEO, z. B. durch strukturierte Content-Ansätze, Entitäten-Optimierung sowie die Stärkung von Autorität und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • Du nutzt gängige Tools wie Sistrix, Semrush, Google Search Console, Peec.ai und Google Analytics und leitest daraus datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Du bringst ein tiefes Verständnis für technische SEO, Content-Strategien und Informationsarchitekturen mit und setzt dieses in der Zusammenarbeit mit Development, UX und Redaktion ein
  • Onpage-, Offpage- und Content-Optimierungen entwickelst du kontinuierlich weiter, mit Blick auf klassische Suchmaschinen und KI Systeme
  • PageSpeed, Core Web Vitals sowie strukturierte Daten und technische SEO hast du dabei stets im Blick
  • Als „nice-to-have” bringst du Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Optimierung von Google Ads Kampagnen mit
  • Agiles Mindset? Unbedingt! Unsere Projekte finden hauptsächlich im agilen Umfeld statt und wir arbeiten mit Tools wie Miro, Jira und Confluence
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1), da unsere aktuellen Projekte überwiegend in deutscher Sprache durchgeführt werden. Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
