Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Abrechnung von allen zahnmedizinischen Leistungen
  • Überprüfung und Bearbeitung von Abrechnungen, Prüfung von Rechnungen
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und Heil- und Kostenplänen
  • Kontrolle und Dokumentation von Abrechnungsfehlern sowie ggf. Klärung und Lösung
  • Ansprechpartner*in für Patient*innen und Kolleg*innen abrechnungsrelevanten Themen
  • Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen und den relevanten Behörden

Qualifikation:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Zahnmedizinischen Fachangestellten (m/w/d)
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der KFO Abrechnung
  • Abgeschlossene Fortbildung zur Zahnmedizinischen Verwaltungsangestellten (m/w/d) wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterbildung und aktive Teilnahme am fachlichen Austausch mit Kolleg*innen
