Le Centre Dentaire St-Nicolas est à la recherche d’un.e secrétaire dentaire pour se joindre à son équipe!

Située à Lévis, la clinique accueille une clientèle de tous âges dans un environnement moderne, confortable et chaleureux. Avec une équipe multidisciplinaire et une belle diversité de soins offerts, le Centre Dentaire St-Nicolas mise sur une approche personnalisée, la collaboration et le bien-être de ses patients.

Ton quotidien à la clinique

  • Accueillir les patients avec professionnalisme et bienveillance;
  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et assurer la gestion des demandes;
  • Planifier et coordonner les rendez-vous;
  • Effectuer les suivis auprès des patients;
  • Contribuer au bon fonctionnement des activités administratives de la clinique;
  • Collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe afin d’offrir une expérience positive à chaque patient.

Le profil que nous recherchons

  • Tu possèdes de l’expérience en secrétariat dentaire;
  • Tu es reconnu.e pour ton entregent, ton sens de l’organisation et ta rigueur;
  • Tu as à cœur d’offrir un service à la clientèle attentionné;
  • Tu apprécies le travail d’équipe et les journées bien organisées.
