Job Description:

Omega CRM, compañía de Merkle & Dentsu y líder en servicios de Experiencia del Cliente (Customer Experience), con más de 20 años de experiencia aplicando tecnología al marketing y a la gestión de relaciones con clientes, busca incorporar un Backend Developer especializado en Node.js y TypeScript.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Analizar requerimientos funcionales y técnicos.
  • Participar en el diseño técnico de los proyectos.
  • Estimar esfuerzos y tiempos de desarrollo.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de Omega y/o con el cliente para alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto.
  • Brindar soporte y resolver incidencias técnicas garantizando el rendimiento y la seguridad de los sistemas.
  • Colaborar con proveedores tecnológicos cuando el proyecto lo requiera.
  • Documentar procesos y monitorear métricas de desempeño de los sistemas.
  • Validar y probar las soluciones técnicas para asegurar que cumplen con los requisitos de negocio.
  • Cumplir con los estándares de calidad de software definidos por la dirección técnica de Omega.
  • Generar documentación técnica de los proyectos desarrollados.
  • Aplicar buenas prácticas y procedimientos para asegurar entregas puntuales y de alta calidad.

Requisitos y experiencia:

  • Entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia comprobable como Backend Developer o Software Developer.
  • Amplia experiencia con Node.js y TypeScript.
  • Desarrollo de APIs RESTful.
  • Manejo de Express.js para la construcción de servicios backend.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en PostgreSQL, especialmente en:Modelado de datos. Triggers (disparadores). Funciones almacenadas.
  • Experiencia práctica con Redis para:Gestión de sesiones. Almacenamiento en caché (caching). Optimización de rendimiento.
  • Conocimiento de estándares de calidad de software.
  • Experiencia documentando soluciones técnicas y procesos.

Habilidades deseables (Plus):

  • Experiencia con Heroku Platform.
  • Familiaridad con servicios de AWS, especialmente:S3. Route 53.
  • Conocimientos en administración de certificados TLS/SSL.
  • Experiencia trabajando con arquitecturas Monorepo.
  • Conocimientos de Angular e Ionic.
  • Nivel profesional de inglés, con capacidad para participar en comunicaciones de negocio.
