Job Description:

Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a IAM Project and Change Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.

The role requires working on-site at the Sant Cugat del Vallès office approximately one day a week.

We are looking for a pragmatic senior professional who combines disciplined project delivery with a strong focus on stakeholder readiness and adoption.

The ideal candidate can connect strategy, technical execution, stakeholder needs, and operational readiness; create clarity across complex dependencies; and drive a global IAM cloud transformation from design through migration, adoption, and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the project roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and reporting.
  • Coordinate design, migration and operational handover activities.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, and adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops and ensure clear decisions, ownership, and follow-up.
  • Participate in the preparation of concise Steering Board updates and decision materials.
  • Ensure security, compliance, validation, and business continuity requirements are addressed.
  • Track project readiness, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

Required Expertise & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project, programme, or transformation management, including significant responsibility for organizational change.
  • Proven experience delivering at least one large-scale cloud migration, platform modernization, or enterprise transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, external vendors, senior stakeholders, and executive governance.
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery methods, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Experience in IAM, Identity Governance and Administration or Cybersecurity.
  • Relevant certification such as SAFe, Scrum, Prosci or similar is desirable.
  • Strong project management and organizational change management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage complex global cross functional projects with huge user impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills across multiple teams, vendors, workstreams, and time zones.
  • Ability to work effectively in regulated environments and collaborate with Quality, Validation, Security, and Audit stakeholders.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-driven, structured, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in a complex and evolving environment
