Who We Are & What You’ll Do

Since opening on Feb. 28, 1995, Denver International Airport (DEN) has become one of the world’s busiest airports. In 2025, 82,427,962 passengers passed through DEN, making DEN 4th busiest airport in the U.S. and the world’s 10th busiest airport. DEN is Colorado’s primary economic engine, generating $47.2 billion in annual economic impact for the state.

The Fleet Management Program Administrator is responsible for the coordination, maintenance, and performance of DEN’s fleet technology systems, operational programs, and compliance workflows. This role ensures the reliability of mission‑critical fleet platforms—including asset management systems, telematics, fueling programs, motor pools, inspection tools, and reporting dashboards—and provides direct support to technicians, operators, internal stakeholders, and external partners. This position serves as the technical and administrative backbone of DEN’s fleet operations, ensuring data accuracy, system uptime, regulatory compliance, and seamless workflow execution across a high‑volume, 24/7 airport environment.

Specifically, as the Fleet Management Program Administrator you will:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain fleet management systems (e.g., CMMS system, telematics platforms, fueling systems, inspection applications etc.).
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate technical resolutions with IT, vendors, and operational teams.
  • Ensure data integrity, accurate asset records, and consistent workflow execution across all fleet programs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and operational metrics for leadership.
  • Analyze system data to support decision‑making, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audit preparation, documentation, and corrective action tracking.
  • Maintaining records required for safety, regulatory, and operational compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures, security protocols, and fleet governance standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between Fleet Management, IT, Operations, Finance, and external vendors.
  • Coordinate system updates, testing, and implementation of new features or modules.
  • Support procurement, contract management, and vendor performance monitoring for fleet programs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Our ideal candidate has some or all the following experience, skills, and characteristics:

  • Experience with CMMS systems, telematics systems, fueling platforms, or municipal/airport fleet software.
  • Background in fleet operations, maintenance workflows, or public‑sector program administration.
  • Familiarity with compliance documentation, audit processes, and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast‑paced operational environment

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Management, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of professional or technical level experience planning the administrative aspects of a program(s) or training program participants and/or volunteers. (Some positions may require experience in a specific program area.)
  • Education/Experience Equivalency: One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of post-high school education. Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
